Theresa O'Donnell is a dietitian /nutritionist and medical nutrition therapist in private practice since 1988. She graduated from VA Tech , achieved 1200 hours of supervised training, and passed the board certification exam for dietetics. T. A. O'Donnell Associates has consulted to corporations, universities, hospitals, physicians and government. Theresa was the Director of Employee Wellness at George Mason University and the Manager of Corporate Health programs at INOVA Health System. She was the Clinical Nutrition Manager at a psychiatric hospital where she managed the nutrition component of the inpatient , PHP, and IOP eating disorder treatment center. She also worked at a residential eating disorder treatment center. She specializes in disordered eating , nutrition for the brain, gut, pain and complex chronic health issues.
